Some interesting stuff but perhaps not the complete reworking that might have happened
What’s new in Windows Server 8 Active Directory
Virtual stuff should make people happy and looks like no excuse not to virtualise anymore because of the USN roll back issue.
Going to post some more once i have had a chance to play.

Just seen that the exchange team have announced that Exchange 2010 SP2 will need a Schema Change 😦

This looks pretty cool , its a free tool from Quest to sync AD to AD or AD to AD LDS

Just noticed this on Jorge’s blog and is something that i think helps ease the pain and concern around using Server Core. Basically its an enhanced version of the codeplex application for Windows 2008 R2 Server Core called Windows Server Core Configurator.
You can manage computer settings, control panel settings etc from a GUI on a Server Core which has no GUI 🙂

Seen this one a few times, seems to be a bug in the windows 2008r2 tools, you get it when you attempt to add to a group you dont have permission on.. looks like japanese characters
